yeah my lower arms and lower legs are scared pretty bad before I got sun smart they got scared pretty bad but now i wear pants and longsleeved shirts and sunscreen and everything you can think of to stay out of the sun. I still sleep more than I probably should but I have A lot of fatigue and still battle with depression but it's better than it used to be a lot better glad to hear that you're doing better thanks for letting me know

SO great to hear a positive update like that, Timbo! Hopefully over time, the other symptoms will improve, too. Don't worry too much about the scars: they're your battle scars, your combat medals, so to speak.

I've been on the plaquanil now for 4 months, it's only been the last few weeks that I noticed the change in fatigue level. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

thanks timbo just working through it it's raining a lot here in Missouri right now and the temperature changes up-and-down is been playing with my joint pain but other than that it's going OK hope everyone else is doing well tooπŸ‘Œ
