I saw an advertisement for some really roses tinted glasses called TheraSpecs that were designed for people with migraines. They seem pretty pricey ($100+) per pair, however they do come with a 60 day money back guarantee if they don't work for you. Just wondering if anyone has tried them and if they helped. I can't just order the regular ones and return them as I wear prescription glasses and there is no returning custom orders. They think my daughter has vestibular migraines and I was looking at them for her as well.

I haven't tried them, but since I struggle with migraines, I was intrigued. There's only been one small study done, but the specs actually changed brain activity! That's the good news. The bad is that very few people get migraines from florescent lights, so the glasses probably won't help much.

i'm sorry to know you're struggling with migraines at your house.

Thanks Taffy- I have migraines, but I use medical marijuana to treat mine when they pop up. Years ago (when I was going through the process of a diagnosis) I noticed that I had more headaches under fluorescent lights and found a small article about rose tint helping with headaches caused by that. I spoke to my optometrist about it and he said it couldn't hurt to try it. I have had pink tint in my glasses every since as it does seem to help me. Debating on paying the money for a prescription pair of TheraSpecs with the sunglasses tint. I need something a little darker when I drive. Still trying to find something that works on the youngest daughter's vestibular migraines. They are not sure that is what it is, so hopefully after the next couple of appointments at Stanford, we will have a few more answers.
