That's good news, I can't wait to see how fast other doctors jump to use this.

Since I've been carrying an Epipen, I have never had to use it, I just wonder how they would deal with something like that, with a refillable pen?

I think it is a no brainer. Especially since folks HAVE to HAVE it, may never use it before it expires.
