Hmmmm you dont know what I am talking about. "You gals and guys need to listen to reason". Thanks to a few people on this forum I have become cautious and when I think someone might delete their post because people are not embracing it like the original author wants I screen shot the post and I screeen shot your post.

Cakelady, now I'm liar too? Really? I never deleted anything, I didn't know you can delete your own post. Tell me which post was deleted, I'd like to know. The only thing I ever did was edit a post I just wrote out, I always re-read the post after adding the reply, maybe that's what you are seeing. From now on I'll check my post before hitting the reply button. I do not lie, that hurts.

Marilyn
The thread cake is referring to is the one that you directed toward myself, cake, bun and others regarding LDN. It is no longer here. The person who creates the thread can delete it.

Thanks Robin, I remember that post, and I wouldn't delete it because I feel bad that you gals are having such bad health from lupus, that's why I posted to you gals to try ldn. I really was trying to help, boy what a can of worms I got myself into with that idea. I swear to GOD that I never deleted it and would never delete anything. I believe in what I said to you gals. Do you all dislike me now?

And by the way marilynb, you posted this a couple of days ago:

"Don't know why they refused, they both said' "I know nothing about it and I won't prescribe it for you". I was seeing my rheumatologist when I asked her, we argued quite a bit about it, I told her it helps  the immune system, she said I'm not treating your immune system. We went back and forth quite a bit, I ended up telling her if she won't order that for me, I'm not taking her blood tests. "

Keep in mind, you may be cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Marilynb, I don't dislike you, but I am getting frustrated.

From the research I did, LDN, if it works, takes about six months to kick in. I'm sure the LDN promotion site says something different.

Please don't say all rheumatologists are reluctant to diagnose lupus. Some are. The arrogant rheum I saw last November was. But my old rheum was not. It's not reluctance for most: it's CAUTION. Getting a lupus diagnosis is a mixed blessing: it's good to give a name to what's going on, but it's a horrible, horrible disease.

It's not bad to say you attribute getting relief from whatever you have with LDN, but honestly and frankly, you are pushing LDN very, very hard and based on only two things: you think it helped you, someone who's self-diagnosed with lupus, and you say it helped someone with a completely different disease.

Why not acknowledge to yourself that you got your message out there and take a breather?

I would also like to add that what you might be feeling is a placebo effect

A placebo effect wouldn't be healing the sores on my back that I've had for many years, with horrible itching. I woke up this morning with my body and brain feeling like I'm moving through sludge, aching joints and body. Then I saw my dose of ldn sitting there, I forgot to take it last night. They tell you on ldn homepage, ldn only lasts as long as you take it, I certainly found that to be true today.

I said I would keep you guys posted on what happens. I also will add ldn isn't helping my colitis issues. How about talk to your doctor about it, many doctors all over the world do prescribe ldn, it is a prescription drug after all. Take care everyone, I'm kind of wondering why Mr Bun hasn't gotten in on this discussion. How are you doing Bun?

I did no such thing, I'm really wondering how Mr Bun is doing. It would be nice if you would quit trying to pick a fight with me though Robinj, I mean no harm. Was only trying to help, if you don't like the topic, why read it? Have a good day everyone!!!
